Teeling Whiskey story was originally began as far back as 1782. On Marrowbone Lane in the industrial heart of Dublin City, Walter Teeling set up a small craft distillery. Whiskey making and entrepreneurship has been in the Teeling genes ever since.

Jump to hundred years later, Jack and Stephen Teeling, the latest generation of Teeling Whiskey makers, have been putting their own mark on Irish Whiskey since 2012 and came full circle in 2015 when they proudly opened the new Teeling Whiskey Distillery just down the road from where the original family distillery once stood. The Teeling Whiskey Distillery today is the first new distillery in Dublin for over 125 years.

Teeling Whiskey commenced its voyage in Indonesia from 2019. The very first core collection was The Small Batch, Single Grain and Single Malt. As time goes by, the market and brand penetration has been broader. The Teeling SKU range unfolds to more core and prestige collection, which are, 28 Years Old Vintage Reserve Collection Single Malt, Blackpitts Peated Single Malt, Single Pot Still, Stout Cask, Renaissance Series IV 18 Years Single Malt and 32 Years Single Malt. 

Robert Caldwell, Global Brand Ambassador of Teeling, travelled all the way from Dublin to Jakarta on November 2022. His specific agenda was nothing but to introduce and train the people on the industry about how special Teeling is. Such an honourable moment for  PT Pantja Artha Niaga for having Rob in town.

Having grown up in the tourist mecca of Byron Bay on East Coast of Australia, Rob quickly developed a love for the hospitality industry. 18 years of Bartending in cocktail bars & whiskey bars across the globe from Australia, to Canada, England to Ireland Rob now proudly calls Dublin home.

Rob has opened and ran some of Ireland’s best cocktail bars and quickly discovered a love for Irish Whiskey in particular. Rob has worked with in partnership with the Teeling Whiskey Company since their inception in 2012, bartending VIP events, including the opening of the Distillery, since that time.

When finally given the opportunity to apply for the role of Global Brand Ambassador, Robert firmly grasped the opportunity with both hands and never looked back. Rob has represented Teeling since February 2018 and continues promote the revival of the entire Irish Whiskey category around the globe with tremendous enthusiasm and a whiskey in each hand.
